General Topic
Account and Programme Suspension or Termination

DRIVEO may suspend or terminate a user’s account, fleet sharing, Flexi Programme or other subscribed services for:

  • Breaching DRIVEO’s Terms of Use or programme agreements.
  • Fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or threatening conduct.
  • Knowingly spreading false or misleading statements that materially harm DRIVEO or WAHDAH Group’s reputation.
  • Misusing company names, logos or branding.
  • Substantiated complaints involving serious or repeated misconduct or material service failures.

DRIVEO will assess available evidence before taking action. Immediate suspension may apply where necessary to prevent ongoing harm, subject to applicable law and programme agreements.

Outstanding bookings, vehicle handover and payments will be settled according to the applicable agreements. Termination does not automatically forfeit earnings or refundable balances.

Good-faith complaints, honest reviews and lawful reports or legal proceedings are not, by themselves, grounds for termination.

Reference: Section 6 of the DRIVEO Terms of Use, once the revised terms take effect.
